CESRB Schedule

Scheduling that feels
like part of your website.

CESRB Schedule gives small businesses online Booking, public Events, or both without sending customers into a disconnected third-party experience. CESRB handles the service and website integration; you run the actual schedule.

One managed service

Booking, Events, or both.

Use only the parts your business needs. Schedule is configured around your locations, services, staff, resources, hours, and customer workflow instead of forcing every business into the same setup.

01 / BOOKING

Appointments without the redirect.

Customers can choose a service and available time through a booking experience that can be integrated into your website.

  • Public online booking
  • Instant booking or request/approval workflows
  • Phone bookings
  • Walk-ins
  • Staff-entered and future appointments
  • Rescheduling and cancellation
  • Customer confirmation references
  • Automatic lifecycle notifications
02 / AVAILABILITY & RESOURCES

More than an open time slot.

Schedule can account for the people and things an appointment actually requires.

  • Staff availability
  • Rooms and spaces
  • Equipment and other resources
  • Business hours
  • Breaks and blocked time
  • Closures
  • Time off
  • Conflict prevention
03 / EVENTS

Keep public events current.

Publish upcoming happenings from the same Schedule service and show them on your website as a calendar, list, or compact upcoming-events view.

  • Draft and publish Events
  • Event date and time
  • Timezone handling
  • Venue and address
  • Description
  • External event link when needed
  • Calendar view
  • List and upcoming views
04 / CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS

Keep customers in the loop.

Booking lifecycle messages are sent through CESRB Notifications with business-specific presentation while keeping delivery infrastructure managed.

  • Booking confirmations
  • Reschedule notifications
  • Cancellation notifications
  • Human-readable local appointment times
  • Short customer reference numbers
  • Business accent color
  • Custom lifecycle message copy
  • Business footer/contact text
05 / WEBSITE INTEGRATION

CESRB handles the install.

Schedule is meant to become part of the website service—not another tool you are expected to configure on your own.

  • Available with new CESRB websites
  • Can be added to compatible existing websites
  • Booking integration
  • Events integration
  • Responsive customer-facing views
  • Approved-domain configuration managed by CESRB
  • No customer-side embed setup
  • Business operators still get their own Schedule workspace
How it works

You run the business. CESRB runs the service.

The goal is a useful scheduling system without turning the customer into their own software administrator.

1. Configure

We map the business: locations, Booking and/or Events, services, staff and resources, availability, and the public workflow.

2. Integrate

CESRB configures the managed service and, when included, installs the customer-facing Booking or Events experience into the website.

3. Operate

Your team signs into Schedule to handle normal appointments, availability, customers, requests, resources, and Events.

4. Maintain

CESRB maintains the Schedule infrastructure and website integration as part of the ongoing managed service.

Pricing

Scoped to the business.

Schedule is a managed service with setup and recurring service pricing based on whether the business needs Booking, Events, or both and how the website integration is being handled.

No surprise self-setup

The quote covers the accepted setup scope before work begins. Third-party costs, unusual migrations, or custom integrations outside standard Schedule capabilities are identified separately when applicable.

Ready to use it?

Tell me what you need people to book—or what Events you need to publish.

You do not need to design the scheduling system first. Tell me what the business does, who or what needs to be scheduled, and whether the website already exists. I will scope the Schedule setup from there.
