1. Use services responsibly
Do not use CESRB services to break the law, harm people or systems, or interfere with other customers. Customers must also take reasonable steps to protect their accounts and report suspected compromise.
2. Prohibited activity
CESRB services may not be used for:
- illegal activity, fraud, phishing, or impersonation;
- malware, ransomware, malicious scripts, or unauthorized cryptomining;
- unauthorized access to systems, networks, accounts, credentials, or data;
- denial-of-service activity, deliberate disruption, or abusive automated traffic;
- spam or abusive messaging;
- use or distribution of stolen credentials or data;
- copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property infringement;
- harassment, threats, exploitation, or activity that creates a serious risk of harm;
- bypassing security, access, rate, or usage controls; or
- activity that materially harms CESRB infrastructure, customers, providers, or third parties.
3. Enforcement
CESRB may investigate credible reports and ask the customer to stop or correct a violation. CESRB may immediately limit or suspend affected services where continued use creates an urgent security, legal, or abuse risk. Where practical, CESRB will explain the concern and provide a reasonable path to correction.
